How fast will I see candidates?
Most direct-hire searches produce a first shortlist within days of an aligned role spec, because sourcing and screening run continuously rather than starting from zero. Timing depends on role seniority and market, and we'll set an honest expectation up front.
What does it cost?
Contingent searches are a percentage of first-year base salary, billed only when you hire. Retained searches use milestone fees. Contract roles bill at an hourly rate. We share exact terms before any engagement begins — no surprises in the contract.
What is the replacement guarantee?
If a direct-hire placement leaves within the agreed guarantee window, we re-run the search at no additional fee. The window length is set in your engagement terms.
If you're AI-first, am I talking to a bot?
No. AI does sourcing, screening, and scheduling. A named recruiter owns your search, makes the judgment calls, and is who you talk to. The last decision is always a person's.
Do you place outside public accounting?
Our focus is accounting firms, but we regularly place controllers, CFOs, and finance leaders into industry roles as well — often for the same clients on the other side of the desk.
